07: 30 Visit Thien Canh Son cave – a beautiful cave in Bai Tu Long Bay

09: 30 Check out: please put your baggage outside your cabin door the crew will ensure that your baggage is safely transferred to our aircon bus for your return to Hanoi.

On your arrival at your hotel, you will have breakfast and take a shower before trekking to the villages.

6km of walking down to the southeast of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. Continue on 2km of trekking down to Lao Chai village of the H’mong.

Lunch at a local family, and then walk through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people where we stay for the night.

A walk down to the South-west of Sapa (around 4 km) to visit Cat Cat village of the Black H’mong. Relax at the food of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river, and then next 6 km to Sin Chai, the village located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, “the roof of Vietnam and Indochina”. From here you can enjoy huge stunning landscapes before climbing up on the way a Car to return to Sapa.

At13:00 From Hue to Hoi An 140kms, you will pass through Da nang city before coming Hoi An.On the way , the car will creep Hai Van mountain pass , it is about 15 minute drive in the trench, this is the longest trench of Vienam and Asia , it was built by cooperation between Vietnam and Japan.On the way you have more chance to see the beautiful sight-seeing of the center of Vietnam, this is the stage of road which most of tourists say : the most beautiful sight seeing  in Vietnam. One side is mountain and the other is beach. We will stop at Lang Co beach , you get out the car and take some photos for memory. Lunch on the way in Da nang.

The first place we will visit in Da Nang is Cham museum. Then we continue to go to Hoi An old town. On the way we have chance to see the sight -seeing with the special beautiful scenery of Da Nang ( Quang Nam ) . Pass through The Marble Mountain then we will Straight to Hoi An. 8:20 am: First, a trip to the market to purchase all fresh ingredients. Then, we board our river boat for a relaxing 40 minute ride to Thuan Tinh Island, which is recognized by Hoi An as an official ecological zone.

To visit the Local Village, we take a row boat ride through the water coconut trees. We then walk through the gardens to an open-air cooking class overlooking the water coconut trees and river. Our chefs will show you how to make Vietnamese food while you enjoy the cool breeze and peaceful setting.

Menu:

Banh Xeo: Crispy Vietnamese Crepes filled with pork and shrimp, bean sprouts and green onion. Served with lettuce leaves, fresh herbs and nuoc.

Bun Bo Nam Bo: Herbed salade with rice vermicelli and sautee beef, topped with roasted peanuts and hot soy sauce vinaigrette.
