Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:
- After confirmation: 10% charge
- 30-45 days before arrival: 20% charge
- 15-29 days before arrival: 40% charge
- 3-14 days before arrival: 60% charge
- Within 2 days before arrival: 100% charge
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.
