My Son Holyland Sunset Tour is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the cultural history of Champa, Vietnam’s ancient culture. Learn about the temples’ history, architecture, and culture; appreciate complex sculptures; and discover how the ancient Chamans lived. Enjoy the refreshing air while going boating along the Thu Bon River. Especially at sunset, you will be able to admire the poetic beauty of the old town of Hoi An.
1:00 – 1:30 PM: The van and our guide pick you up at your hotel and depart for My Son Sanctuary – The World Cultural Heritage. It takes about an hour to drive from Hoi An to My Son Sanctuary.
2.30 -2.45 PM: Arrive at My Son Sanctuary, check in and the electric car will transfer you for a distance and you will have 2 hours to discover the site by walking through the landscape, exploring Champa cultures and the remaining structures with our local English-speaking guide, and enjoying the Champa’s traditional performances (Apsara Dance)
4:30 – 5:00 PM: Get back to the minivan, then transfer to the wharf for a boat trip to Hoi An with a nice and cool breeze on board, beautiful sunset river scenery on the biggest river in Vietnam Central named Thu Bon River. During the boat trip, eating the “Banh Mi” – a special Vietnamese food. Get your camera ready for the amazing moment of local people’s activities along the river . You can see Hoi An Ancient Town from the boat and have many chances to take beautiful shots.
6:00 – 6.30 PM: Arrive at Hoi An and the van will drop you at your hotel. We can drop you off at the old town if requested. Tour ends!
