Begin your experience with a warm welcome at our centrally located office. From there, head to Yên Thái Market, a lively neighborhood market where locals shop for daily essentials.
🛒 Market Tour
Wander through stalls full of fresh produce, herbs, spices, and more. Your guide will explain the use of typical Vietnamese ingredients and suggest potential substitutes you can use back home.
👩🍳 Cooking Class Begins
Return to the kitchen, roll up your sleeves, and start cooking! Your experienced instructor will walk you through each recipe step by step, beginning with Nem Rán (fried spring rolls), a beloved dish often seen at holidays and family gatherings.
Then, learn how to prepare the green papaya salad with its signature balance of sweet, sour, and crunchy. Follow that with Pho Cuon (fresh pho rolls) and Pho Tron (a dry-mixed version of the classic pho noodle dish).

No Vietnamese meal is complete without Cà Phê Trứng—a rich and creamy egg coffee. You’ll also enjoy a plate of seasonal fruits to round off the feast.
